Behavioral Assessments are a quick means of learning about yourself and others and when properly explained enable you communicate more effectively. Together we will identify your competencies, discover your hidden assets, and rediscover your desires. From there we will identify existing opportunities or plan to create new ones. True Self-knowledge and the understanding of your own behavior is your foundation. Shortcuts to that knowledge includes assessments that uncover your true interests, attitudes and values, how you communicate, identify your leadership qualities, assess your coping and stress abilities, rate your time management skills, identify your role on a team, identify your management competencies and the level you implement them.

When we work on your career planning we initially spend time exploring those kinds of activities that you  1. can't live without, 2. feel passionate about,  3. really enjoy,  4. excel at and want to do for 8 hours a day or more. What we do for a living is the most important aspect of our lives and we frequently define ourselves by it. As you and I continue working together we explore the favorable environments where you will excel and strategize how to get you there. By the end of twelve weeks you will know what you want to do, where you want to do it, and initiate your plan.

What I excel at is identifying those competencies and qualities in people that are being underutilized and underpaid. Frequently, the individual isn't fully aware of their own worth in the marketplace or how they can leverage their talents. 

Many people stay in jobs that are not ideal because they aren't bad enough to leave. Once a job becomes too painful they are motivated to change. When a new job alleviates the pain they stop moving forward. When the motivation to change is positive and the goals are a moving target, they keep moving forward and enjoy continued and greater success.

As your coach, my full time job is staying current with everything related to career development. Ultimately, my goal is to get you on a self perpetuating track that will lead you to unending success, not just to finding the next job.

You will develop the skills necessary to negotiate your employment contract for the best package. You will find today's business easier to understand, begin to excel at navigating the politics of the workplace and will function well as a team player and leader. You will inspire others and become a respected boss. 

There is no obligation to hire me as your coach beyond the first free half hour. I like to move quickly and we will have more time for productive discussions if you can email in advance your:

Fees: The first half hour consultation is at no charge and my fee thereafter is $50 per half hour or $100 per hour.  All major credit cards accepted.
